Mason PUD 3 is Committed to Clean Energy, Which Means Clean Air.

Where does your electricity come from?
We’re glad to give you information about electric vehicles, and knowledge about how to create a healthy electric vehicle marketplace. Because most of the Pacific Northwest’s electricity comes from hydrower and other renewable sources, this is a great region to own an electric vehicle. When you drive an EV in Mason County, you’re trading fossil fuels (gasoline and diesel) for clean energy from hydropower, wind farms, solar power. Only two percent of Mason PUD 3’s electricity comes from fossil fuel-powered plants. When you choose an electric vehicle, you're definitely using less fossil fuels than a traditional gasoline or diesel-powered car.
